Introducing New Fish
The Head & Tail Light Tetra (Hemigrammus ocellifer) is a peaceful, attractive freshwater schooling fish named for the two distinctive reflective “light” spots located near the eye and at the base of the tail. These markings shimmer under aquarium lighting, making the species especially appealing in planted community aquariums.
Calm and social by nature, Head & Tail Light Tetras thrive when kept in groups and show their best colour and confidence in stable, well-maintained aquariums. Their gentle temperament makes them an excellent choice for peaceful community setups.
