Zoo Med Vita Sand Outback Orange
Vita-Sand® is great for many desert species like bearded dragons, uromastyx lizards, leopard geckos, and sand boas.
How To Use
Add at least ½ inch (1.3 cm) of Vita-Sand® to the bottom of your habitat. Add more for burrowing and digging species, like sand boas and bearded dragons. Remove debris as needed and replace entirely every 6 months, or sooner if a foul odor persists.
WARNING: If your animal consistently ingests substrate, check their overall care, including heat, UVB, diet, and hydration needs. If substrate ingestion persists, or for very small hatchlings, consider using Zoo Med’s Repti Cage Carpet instead. Note: Vita-Sand® is not a replacement for dietary supplements
