We can confirm that the presence of white powder on our dental sticks can occur on occasion. The white powder forms from the standard ingredients as part of the normal manufacturing process and is not at all harmful for dogs to consume. Some batches contain more visible powder than others, however it does not affect the quality or palatability of the product.
