Assorted Platies are colourful, peaceful livebearing fish that make an excellent addition to community aquariums. Available in a wide range of vibrant colours and patterns including red, orange, yellow, blue, black, calico, tuxedo, and sunset varieties, these hardy fish are ideal for beginner and experienced aquarists alike. Their active swimming behaviour, easy-going temperament, and adaptability have made them one of the most popular freshwater aquarium fish worldwide.
Platies are highly social fish that thrive in groups and are well suited to planted aquariums and peaceful community setups. They are easy to care for, readily accept a wide variety of foods, and may even breed regularly in home aquariums under suitable conditions.
