B-Calm is a medicated treat containing L-tryptophan and Thiamine which have a non-drowsy, non-sedative action helping to combat anxiety and stress naturally.
L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid that cannot be produced by the body. L-tryptophan is required to create serotonin in the brain which is responsible for mood, appetite, sleep, memory, learning and social behaviours. Thiamine helps convert carbohydrates, fats and proteins into energy, helps reduce stress and improve central nervous system responses.
