Please note that there are a few exceptions to our return policy:

• We are unable to accept items that are used, dirty, have fur on the garment, altered, washed, damaged, or missing the original packaging/swing tags. The original swing tags must be intact and attached to the item. We recommend carefully trying on your new products indoors, keeping the packaging intact, before taking outside.
• Due to hygiene reasons, water bottles are not returnable unless it is faulty
• Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
• Shipping Cost – you will need to pay for shipping back to our warehouse
• Shipping Cost Back to You - Please measure twice so you only have to order once; if you are unsure about the correct sizing feel free to contact our team with as much information as possible. We may request you to pay for additional shipping charges (only if your original order was "Free Shipping", if you have paid shipping on your original shipping, we will cover the cost of shipping back to you.
